Returns

Fast Farm Garage accepts eligible returns on most new, unused products within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and uninstalled
  • Products must be in original packaging
  • All included hardware, documentation, and components must be present
  • Products must be in resellable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Electrical components
  • Tuners and programmers
  • Custom-order products
  • Special-order parts
  • Opened fluids and chemicals
  • Installed or used products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Apparel that has been worn or washed

For health and quality reasons, some merchandise items may not be eligible for return once opened.

Customers are responsible for confirming fitment before ordering.

Return Authorization Required

All returns require approval before being sent back.

To request a return, contact Fast Farm Garage with:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong product was shipped
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The product was defective upon arrival

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using tracked and insured shipping for all returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Fast Farm Garage within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Photos of packaging
  • Photos of damage or incorrect items
  • Order number

We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the returned product has been inspected and approved.

Please allow:

  • 3–7 business days for inspection and processing
  • Additional time depending on your payment provider

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on inventory availability.

In many cases, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order.

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused at delivery may be subject to:

  • Return shipping charges
  • Restocking fees
  • Original shipping deductions

Restocking Fees

Certain products may be subject to a restocking fee depending on supplier policies or product condition.

If applicable, any restocking fees will be communicated during the return approval process.
